Corrie Beth Hogg is an artist who delights in play, craft, and all things handmade. Her work ranges from paper botanicals and papier-mâché objects to sculptural and collage-based pieces, all exploring form, texture, and the simple magic of making things by hand. She wrote Handmade Houseplants and is best known for her imaginative paper creations.

Her work has appeared in T Magazine, Better Homes & Gardens, Yen, Flow, Rum Hemma, EH&I, and Wallpaper*, as well as on platforms such as HGTV Handmade, BuzzFeed News, and the Tamron Hall Show.

After a two-decade-long career in creative production, culminating in her role as Director of Special Projects at David Stark Design, Corrie shifted gears to focus on her own art. Now, she creates original work, teaches workshops, shares her behind-the-scenes process, and teams up with clients on custom pieces for homes, events, and editorial projects.

A Mississippi native now based in Brooklyn, Corrie is often spotted scouting inspiration at the Brooklyn Botanic Garden.

You can explore more of her work on Substack and Etsy.
