Corrie Beth Hogg is a lifelong artist. The author of Handmade Houseplants, Corrie is known for her playful paper-made plants and papier-mâché decorative objects. After a long career that culminated as the director of special projects at the event design firm David Stark Design, Corrie left to focus on her art in late 2021. 

Corrie's work has been featured in publications such as T Magazine, Better Homes and GardensYen, Idees A Faire, Flow, Rum Hemma, EH&I, Wallpaper*, Make It Yourself, and blogs such as Gardenista, Design*Sponge, Gestalten, and The House That Lars Built. You may have also seen her on HGTV Handmade, Buzz Feed News, or the Tamron Hall Show.

Originally from Mississippi, Corrie now calls Brooklyn home. She is frequently found gathering inspiration at the Brooklyn Botanic Garden.
